Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure that all items are delivered in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will address the situation as follows:
- Report the damage within 48 hours: You must inspect your item upon delivery and notify us of any damage within 48 hours. Any claims made after this window will not be accepted.
- Proof of damage: Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided for review.
- Replacement Policy: If the damage is confirmed by our team, we will issue a store credit in the form of a non-refundable coupon, allowing you to select an alternative product from our collection. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- No refund policy: Please note that we will not issue a monetary refund, only a coupon to be redeemed within a specified time frame.
Terms of Store Credit
